Interventional - The Interventional business unit at Teleflex offers innovative medical devices that are used to diagnose and treat coronary and peripheral vascular diseases. We place a strategic emphasis on complex coronary and peripheral interventions, vascular access, bone access, specialty biologic treatments and cardiac assist. Our current Interventional products include a broad range of clinically relevant solutions, such as our GuideLiner® and Turnpike® Catheters, AC3 Optimus™ Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump and OnControl® Powered Bone Access System. Position Summary

The Marketing Operations team in the Interventional business unit plays a critical role in driving overall marketing efficiency and effectiveness; visibility into marketing performance by focusing on technologies, reporting and analytics; and instituting best-in-class operational processes.This role will work closely with cross-functional teams in customer service, sales, supply chain, finance, and operations to inform marketing strategies, measure performance, and contribute to overall business success.

Principal Responsibilities

• Establish effective communication of supply plans to the field team optimizing customer experience, including establishing meetings to faciliatate discussion of Interventional stock availability

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that support quantitative and qualitative results

• Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and workflows for increased efficiency

• Work closely with marketing, sales, supply, and finance teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on key initiatives

• Collaborate on analysis of sales reporting and insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement with the Interventional business unit

• Support the marketing team through reporting, data analysis, performance tracking and business impact analysis to enable data-driven decisions.

• Provide regular reports and communication to sales and marketing leadership on the performance of sales, marketing, and fulfillment; providing visibility and insight to the overall business growth

• Implement best practice across the marketing organization through a foundation of streamlined processes

• Adhere to and ensure the adherence of Teleflex Code of Ethics, all Company policies, rules, procedures, and housekeeping standards

• Other tasks as assigned

Education / Experience Requirements

• BA degree or equivalent experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience (operations, marketing, or analysis-related experience)

• Experience with CRM, ERP, MS Office systems

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

• Knowledge of measurement and analysis of commercial and program effectiveness

• Excellent relationship building and collaborative skills

• Demonstrated communication skills (verbal, written, and presentations) with audiences of varying levels

• Ability to work with and guide cross-functional teams and decisions

• Ability to work in new technology areas

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Ability to focus, prioritize and manage time and projects effectively
